The criminal complaints provided by the prosecutor's office say McEnough provided Morgan's number to an unidentified woman, as well as meeting and packaging instructions. Melvin appears to be the middleman between McEnough and Morgan, according to the complaints.

In addition to the drug ring charges, Melvin has been charged in connection with burglaries in Holmdel and Tinton Falls, according to Monmouth County Correctional Institute records available online.
In Holmdel, Melvin was charged with conspiracy, receiving stolen property, and two counts each of theft and burglary; in Tinton Falls, he was charged with criminal mischief, burglary elements, and theft.
Melvin is being held on $247,500 bail, according to jail records.
Morgan was charged with hindering arrest, and possession, manufacturing or distribution of an amount of marijuana between 1 ounce and 5 pounds, according to jail records, and is being held without bond.
