Woodbridge Man Killed In Turnpike Crash
A man from the Port Reading section of Woodbridge was killed early Thursday morning on the Turnpike, said NJ State Police.
WOODBRIDGE, NJ — A man from the Port Reading section of Woodbridge was killed early Thursday morning on the New Jersey Turnpike, said NJ State Police.
Larry Larobis, 69, was struck by a car at 5:20 a.m. Thursday on the Turnpike north inner roadway at milepost 96.3 in Linden, said police.
He was standing in the right lane alongside his disabled Mazda SUV, which was partially in the right lane and right shoulder of Turnpike. A northbound Chevrolet SUV struck the left rear of the Mazda as well as Larobis.

There were no other injuries and the crash remains under investigation.
