Woodbridge Purchases 2 New Ambulances
Two new ambulances were purchased for the Port Reading First Aid Squad via a partnership with the Woodbridge Police Department.

Woodbridge, NJ - Two new, fully-equipped ambulances were purchased for the Port Reading First Aid Squad, Woodbridge Mayor John McCormac announced.
The ambulances were purchased for $247,438 via a shared-service partnership program with the Woodbridge Police Department and the Port Reading First Aid Squad. The new, fully-equipped 2016 Warrior Type I ambulances feature enhanced electrical systems; added storage space for EMS equipment, oxygen tanks and backboards; thermostatically controlled patient compartment heat/cool system; and current state-of-the-art EMS systems.
