Woodbridge Woman, 20, Killed In Aberdeen Motorcycle Crash

Jessica Czajkowski, 20, of Woodbridge, was ejected from the motorbike in the May 22 crash in Aberdeen Twp. She died at a local hospital.

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — A Woodbridge woman was killed in a motorcycle crash in Aberdeen Twp. on May 22, the Monmouth County prosecutor's office announced.

The crash occurred Wednesday, May 22. The woman was riding on the back of a motorcycle when they struck a car.

Charles G. Romer, 21, of Carteret, and his passenger, Jessica Czajkowski, 20, of Woodbridge, were riding a Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle northbound on Amboy Road, approaching the intersection of Prospect Avenue when they struck a 2004 Nissan Sentra, driven by Hugo Bautista Eufracio Alejandro, 49, of Keyport, at approximately 8:03 p.m.

Both riders were ejected from the motorcycle and sustained life-threatening injuries.

Romer and Czajkowski were both taken to local hospitals. Czajkowski was pronounced deceased at the hospital at 8:42 p.m.

Alejandro sustained non-life threatening injuries, was taken to the hospital, treated and released.
The crash remains under investigation by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, and Aberdeen Police Department and the Monmouth County Serious Collision Analysis Response Team (SCART).
