Woodbridge Woman Hit, Killed By Truck In Parking Lot
A Fords woman was killed after being struck Monday afternoon; the pick-up truck crossed a curb and drove into the parking lot where she was.

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — A Fords woman was killed after being struck by a pick-up truck Monday afternoon in Woodbridge Township, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Woodbridge Police Director Robert Hubner.
The pedestrian was identified as Mary Ann Logozio, 61, of Fords. Logozio was pronounced dead at the scene.
The truck crossed over the curb and drove into a parking lot where she was, hitting her and killing her, said police.

This happened at 1:36 p.m. at the intersection of Hoy Avenue and New Brunswick Avenues.
A Toyota Tundra travelling southbound on Hoy Avenue crossed over the curb at the intersection of New Brunswick Avenue, and then passed into an adjacent parking lot where it struck her, said police.

It is unknown if the driver has been criminally charged or if speed or any other factors were a factor in Logozio's death.
