As Covid-19 continues, The Gateway Family YMCA is dedicated to ensuring our community has access to wellness opportunities by providing Virtual, Outdoor and Indoor Group Exercise Programs, Virtual Chronic Disease Programs open to the community, Virtual WISE Center Program, Child Care, Housing and Remote Learning Spaces.
Community Chronic Disease Programs like Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring and Diabetes Education Prevention Program are free for all virtual participants, with registration required at www.tgfymca.org
A YMCA membership is required for most group exercise programs, with a low-cost Virtual Only Membership available at www.tgfymca.org/join-the-Y
