3 Charged With Drug Possession Following Franklin Lakes Traffic Stops: Police
Two were charged with possession of marijuana, another was charged with possession of Suboxone, police said.

Franklin Lakes police charged three people with possession of marijuana following traffic stops this week.
Officers stopped a vehicle driving erratically on Route 208 north at 11:43 p.m. Monday, police said.
The driver, Frank Martinez, 24, of Greely, Pa., was charged with possession of Suboxone. The passenger, James Lee, 23, of Hawley, Pa., was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of hypodermic needles.

Christie Popp, 18, of Brookfield, Conn., was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance as a result of a traffic stop Monday afternoon, police said.
