Bergen County Bank Robbed Tuesday, FBI Notified, Police Say
The robbery was reported at the Hudson City Savings Bank in Oradell, police said.

ORADELL, NJ - A Hudson City Savings Bank was robbed Tuesday morning of $8,300, borough police said.
Police said officers were called to the robbery at about 10:20 a.m., which occurred about 10 minutes prior, Sgt. Derek Kahill said.
A black man, described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall, 175 pounds, and about 30 years old, walked into the bank, placed a bag on the counter, and instructed a teller to fill the bag with cash, Kahill said.

The man told the teller he had a weapon, but did not show one; he walked out of the bank after the teller gave him the $8,300, Kahill said.
The FBI was notified and investigators remained at the scene until just before 11 a.m., Kahil said.

Authorities are analyzing survelliance footage from the robbery.
The FBI and Oradell police are jointly investigating the robbery, Kahill said.
