Man Charged With Posting Sexually Explicit Photos of Woman

A Bergen County resident was charged after allegedly uploading ”sexual explicit” images of a woman and creating fake social media accounts to have online sex chats while pretending to be her, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said.

Daniel G. Pfeiffer, 26, of Old Tappan allegedly created social media accounts in the name of a female acquaintance Pfeiffer knows without her knowledge. He allegedly uploaded several “sexually explicit images” of the woman to the accounts and had “sexually explicit” chats and “sexual solicitations” online while pretending to be the woman, Molinelli said.

Authorities executed search warrants at Pfeiffer’s home Monday, Molinelli said.

Pfeiffer, a salesman, was charged with stalking and invasion of privacy, Molinelli said.

The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Computer Crimes Unit ran the investigation with assistance from the Old Tappan Police Department, the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office, and the East Hanover Police Department.
