Christian Health Care Center Resident Honored
Meredith Fowler, a 10-year resident of Heritage Manor Nursing Home at Christian Health Care Center in Wyckoff, was nominated for the Resident Better Life Award.

Meredith Fowler, a 10-year resident of Heritage Manor Nursing Home at Christian Health Care Center (CHCC) in Wyckoff, was nominated for the Resident Better Life Award sponsored by the Health Care Association of New Jersey (HCANJ). Residents and staff of Heritage Manor recently celebrated her nomination and she received a Certificate of Achievement from Paul R. Langevin Jr., HCANJ President.
Ms. Fowler was nominated because she always extends herself to other residents,
treating them with care and respect, and greeting everyone by name.
“I’d like to think I’m one of the Lord’s apostles and have a purpose here,”
said Ms. Fowler.

is to treat each person as an individual. Her presentation is exceptional, and
new employees remark that it is a highlight of their orientation.
“Meredith’s presentation puts a human touch on the care they will be providing
and it reminds me why I am here and what an honor it is to care for our
resident,” said Nancy Mericle, RN, Heritage Manor/Southgate Nursing Services
