The Valley Hospital is holding a community-health program on “Breast Health – Novel Treatments and Updates” from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 27, at Christian Health Care Adult Day Services of Wayne, 2000 Siena Village in Wayne(off Valley Road). The program will be presented by Tihesha Wilson, MD, Assistant Medical Director, Breast Center.

Breast cancer is the second most common cancer diagnosed among women in the
United States. Although the vast majority of people with breast-cancer are
primarily concerned with survival, many worry about the appearance of their
breasts after a lumpectomy. Learn about the latest treatments for breast
cancer, as well as oncoplastic surgery, which combines breast-cancer surgery
