Not Selling Real Estate? Stop paying all those fees!

🏡 NOT ACTIVELY WORKING IN REAL ESTATE RIGHT NOW?

Why continue paying NAR, local board and MLS fees if you’re not actively practicing?

There may be another option.

🔑 Place your New Jersey real estate license with Adler Toro Referral Services LLC and keep your license active in referral status for a low biannual fee.

While your license is with our referral company:

✅ Your NJ real estate license remains active
✅ No NAR dues
✅ No local board dues
✅ No MLS fees
✅ You can earn referral fees by referring buyers and sellers
⚠️ Your license is restricted to referral activity—you cannot perform hands-on real estate activities

When you’re ready to return to active real estate, you can transfer back and comply with the NJREC requirements applicable at that time.

For this coming renewal term, no CE is required for referral agents, but you must still renew your license with the NJREC.

💙 Don't give up the license you worked so hard to earn just because you're taking a break from active real estate.
