Credit Card Fraud, Heroin Charges Filed Against NY Pair In Franklin Lakes: Police

Michael Rivera, 31, and Anna Bissoondatt, 27, allegedly tried using a stolen credit card at Stop & Shop, authorities said.

Two New York residents were arrested after allegedly using a stolen credit card at Stop & Shop this weekend, Franklin Lakes police said.

The store manager reported to police Sunday afternon that two people used a stolen credit card, said Detective Lt. John Bakelaar.

Michael Rivera, 31, and Anna Bissoondatt, 27, were found in a car outside the store, authorities said; they were charged with credit card theft, credit card fraud, possession of heroin, and other drug charges.

Rivera and Bissoondatt, both of Cronwall-On-Hudson, New York, were remanded to the Bergen County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail each, said Bakelaar.
