Wyckoff Resident Pam Abma will be speaking at the fashion show. In 2010, Pam contracted malaria during a trip to Africa and was in a coma for over a month. If not for new lifesaving technology available in New York City, Pam would have joined the more than half a million victims who died from the disease in 2010. (Watch her amazing story, here.)
The disease is spread by mosquitos and ING Activewear's revolutionary new fabric offers protection.
