LOCAL RESIDENT AND VOLUNTEER DONATES PET OXYGEN MASKS TO MAYWOOD FIRE DEPARTMENT

Alastair McIndoe, member of the Maywood Fire Police and volunteer for Companion Animal Advocates (CAA) recently donated pet oxygen masks to the Maywood Fire Department on behalf of CAA.  The masks come in three sizes for large, medium and small dogs/cats. These specially sized masks will enable firefighters to deliver oxygen to pets in need and in some cases save their lives.

"I'm so proud to donate these pet oxygen masks to the Maywood Fire Department so that the town's firefighters have the tools they need to save the lives of every member of our families, including our pets," said McIndoe. "CAA would like every town within our community to have these tools.  If you are interested in donating them to your community, please contact CAA at 201-706-7666."

Companion Animal Advocates (CAA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Bergen County, NJ.
