SHULI NATAN, WORLD FAMOUS ISRAELI SINGER, TO PERFORM AT TEMPLE BETH RISHON

Shuli Natan, a dynamic singer, storyteller and musician, will perform in concert at Temple Beth Rishon on Saturday, November 5th at 7:30pm.

Natan is best known for her heartfelt rendition in 1967 of the song Jerusalem of Gold. She gained immense popularity with this song during the Six Day War and since that time has performed for countless audiences in Israel and worldwide. She accompanies herself on guitar as she sings Israeli songs, folk songs, Hasidic and Yiddish songs and songs of the Oriental Jewish community. Along with these songs, she tells stories from around the world.

The concert, co-sponsored by Congregation Beth Haverim-Shir Shalom of Mahwah, is being supported by the Channa Mamber Music Memorial Fund.
