Franklin Lakes Man Arrested For Heroin Possession

Kenneth Surgent, 31, also allegedly had Xanax and marijuana in his possession, police said.

A Franklin Lakes man was arrested for heroin possession Saturday afternoon, police said.

As a result of investigating a disturbance on Algonquin Road, police arrested Kenneth Surgent.

Along with the heroin charge, Surgent, 31, was charged with possession of Xanax, possession of a hypodermic needle, and possession of marijuana, Franklin Lakes police said.
