'Pretty Littler Liars' Star Meets Fans in Times Square
Franklin Lakes teen came face-to-face with celeb, Shay Mitchell
Shay Mitchell, star of Pretty Little Liars hosted American Eagle’s gigantic Times Square denim party on Tuesday for their "Live Your Life" campaign outside the flagship store in Duffy Square, allowing 'real' people to enter, from noon to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 24.
The event was complete with Tom Cruise’s son Connor in the DJ booth rockin a bad haircut. Mitchell and Cruise spent some time hamming it up for some pics in the DJ booth.
Guests were given pump water misters, a copy of Seventeen Magazine with Mitchell on the cover, and summer treats from People’s Pops.
The first 25 people in line had a chance to meet and take a pic with Mitchell, the rest just able to meet her without a pic, and others received signed photos of Shay. During the event, Shay, and some of the lucky guests were also displayed on a 15,000-square-foot LED billboard in Times Square for American Eagle.

''It was a 100-degree-heat mobscene of tweens — the things you have to do sometimes as dad'' said Tom.
Several hundred girls, and a few dudes were lined up like cattle to meet Shay, some who slept overnight to get a spot. They had a small step-and-repeat setup where 25 lucky guests were able to pose for a pic with Shay taken by famed NYC photog Patrick McMullan.

Shay was super sweet, and told Lauren that she chooses all of her own outfits, loves heels and the AE skinny jeans. Lauren was thrilled!
