Free Movie Under the Stars
Free Movie Night in Franklin Lakes Tuesday July 28th (Rain Date Thursday July 30th)
The Franklin Lakes Mayors Wellness Campaign will be hosting “Movie Under the Stars” on Tuesday July 28th (rain date Thursday July 30th). This free event will feature “Casablanca,” a PG movie focusing on an American expatriate who must choose between his love for a woman and helping her Czech Resistance leader husband escape the city of Casablanca to continue his fight against the Nazis.
The movie will be shown at McBride Field, on Franklin Lake Road across from the Market Basket. The field opens at 7:00 PM. Come early and enjoy the lawn games including bocce ball, croquet, badminton, and more. “Casablanca” will begin at 8:30 PM. Don’t forget your blankets, lawn chairs, coolers, snacks and enjoy this exciting film with your loved ones!
