Girls Tribe Lacrosse Team Finishes Inaugural Season

Team advanced to the semifinals of the Girls Summer Slam tournament.

The girls’ Tribe lacrosse team completed its inaugural season with a trip to the Girls Summer Slam tournament, losing in the semi-final round.

The team is comprised mostly of fifth- and sixth-grade girls and competed in two other tournaments this season, one in Long Island and another in New Jersey. The team was run in cooperation with the Wyckoff Family YMCA.

“We are so incredibly proud of the progress the girls have made since June. We couldn’t be more pleased with the dedication this team has and we are sad to see it come to a close,” said coach Elizabeth Drehwing.
