Wyckoff Man Gave Alcohol To Minors: Cops

William B. Wulster, 20, hosted a party July 3. Cases of beer and bottles of vodka were all over the backyard, police said.

A 20-year-old Wyckoff man was arrested following a party where dozens of juveniles and young adults were and alcohol was being served.

Wyckoff police responded to 344 West Stevens Avenue on a report of a loud party shortly before 11 p.m. July 3, said Chief Benjamin Fox.

Sgt. Brian Zivkovich and patrolmen Ryan Noon and Robert Schlossberg saw about 50 young adults and juveniles in the back yard. Dozens of them ran away when the police arrived, Fox said.

There were cases of beer and bottles of vodka scattered throughout the yard, Fox said.

The homeowner’s son, William B. Wulster, 20, was charged with making alcohol available to persons under the legal drinking age.

Wulster was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Wyckoff Municipal Court July 22.
