Part Of Mountain Avenue In Wyckoff To Be Closed Beginning Monday

Mountain Avenue will be closed at the North Haledon border starting Monday while construction work is done there.

Mahwah officials said that a detour would be set up. Drivers going south on Mountain Avenue would be sent to Steinhauser Lane and then follow signs from there.

The road would be closed for two weeks, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, officials said.

Residents should expect delays, plan an alternative route, and drive with caution.
