Ramapo Routes River Dell To Win Sectional Championship
Raiders go up big and never look back, defeat River Dell 45-15 to win the North 1 Group 3 title, their 10th.
The Ramapo Raiders started the blow out against River Dell with a fake punt in the first quarter.
Ramapo went up early and defeated the Golden Hawks 45-15 to win the North 1 Group 3 title, their 10th sectional title.
Keith Woetzel did his part to get Ramapo the win. The quarterback scored a touchdown with 4:25 left in the first quarter on a four-yard run and got an interception at 9:15 in the second quarter.

Ramapo also took advantage of River Dell’s mistakes, including a 22-yard touchdown by Ryan Curtiss after River Dell fumbled the ball.
David Estavez of River Dell scored on a fourth-down reverse option with 4:18 left in the second quarter.

Ramapo’s Greg Latushko had a solid game as well, including a score on an 87-yard kickoff for a touchdown.
