St. Nicholas Greek Dancers will perform at Wyckoff Day for the first time!
The St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in Wyckoff, NJ offers not only religious services, but many programs for adults as well as children throughout the year. We offer two greek dance groups. The GOYANS (Greek Orthodox Youth Association) represent the dancers 12 years and up and the junior dance group is for children ages 5-11. You do not have to be a parishioner at the church or Greek to participate in the greek dance program! Please stop by the St. Nicholas booth for more information. Everyone is encouraged to come and watch the dancers at 1:45 pm wearing their traditional Greek costumes and dancing to various songs from the different parts of Greece. You will not want to miss these dancers and all are encouraged to come and cheer them on!! Please stop by the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church's booth for information on all that we have to offer. The church is located right in Wyckoff, NJ and offers much for adult and children from greek language classes, to philanthropic groups, to junior groups, to sports as well as gymnasium rentals. We encourage you to stop by the booth, learn of the various wonderful events we have planned throughout the year. We will have a special raffle at the booth, we will be selling a wonderful collection of Greek recipes that were collected from members of the Ladies of Philoptochos, as well as pencils to be given away and wonderful Greek traditional cookies to be eaten! We look forward to seeing you at the St. Nicholas booth! Look for the blue and white balloons! The views expressed in this post are the author's own. Want to post on Patch?
