Details Revealed, Man ID'd As Barricaded Homicide Suspect Who Died In SWAT Standoff In Bergen
An ongoing SWAT standoff involving a barricaded man was underway in New Jersey on Friday, according to reports.

HACKENSACK, NJ — A barricaded murder suspect out of New York City was found dead and covered in vomit after a several-hour standoff, law enforcement sources at the scene told Daily Voice.
Zire King, 44, of Hackensack was found dead of suicide and/or a drug overdose, according to Daily Voice.
King was the boyfriend suspected of shooting and killing an MTA worker as she was headed home from a shift earlier this week was found dead after a standoff at a house in New Jersey, according to NBC4 New York.

King had been question about the death of his girlfriend, 41-year-old Jacqueline Dicks, but he was released, according to the report. Detectives later obtained video from the crime scene area that showed King talking to Dicks on the street Monday night shortly before she was shot,.
Cops obtained a search warrant for King's car and found a handgun in the trunk, according to the report. Dicks' bag and phone were also allegedly found in the vehicle.

The ongoing SWAT standoff involving the barricaded man was underway in Hackensack on Friday, according to reports.
The Record was reporting that the standoff was taking place at First Street and Stanley Place in Hackensack.
The standoff started around 2 p.m. and was still an active situation around 5:30 p.m. It ended by 7 p.m., according to reports.

The incident was taking place as flooding hit local streets.
