Teresa Giudice To Serve Two-Month House Arrest Following Release, Report Says

Giudice will be required to wear an ankle bracelet and may only leave her home with permission from the Bureau of Prisons, a report states.

Teresa Giudice will be under house arrest for two months following her December 23 release from Danbury Federal Correctional Facility, Inquisitr.com reported.

Citing only “a source,” the report said Giudice will be required to wear an ankle bracelet while under house arrest until February.”

She will only be able to leave the house with prior permission from the Bureau of Prisons and if she attempts to leave without permission, she will go back to prison, the report states.

A Superior Court judge recently rejected Giudice and her husband Joe’s attempt to contest foreclosure on their Montville home.

Giudice began serving her 15-month sentence in January after she pleaded guilty to bank and wire fraud along with Joe.

Joe faces a 41-month long prison sentence and could be deported back to his native Italy.

Inquisitr’s report also claims the couple will spend about three months together before he surrenders to a federal prison in “early March.”
