Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd filmed a commercial in the Bendix Diner in Hasbrouck Heights that was posted online Wednesday to commemorate Back to the Future Day, NJ.com reported.

The commercial features fuel technology and the Toyota Mirai, a hydrogen fuel cell electric car. Fox and Lloyd meet Mischa Pollack, an engineer, who later travels to California to visit various settings the movie takes place at, and collect garbage from trash cans he converts into fuel.
“Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would have the opportunity to work with two of my heroes on such a once-in-a-timeline project,” Pollack said in the comments on the video’s YouTube page. “It was a great privilege that Toyota let me part of this tremendous campaign and I wish them the best of luck in moving this technology forward. In honor of the film and its influence on my life, I’ve decided to review some BttF tech and see how far we’ve come. Enjoy!!!”
