Wyckoff Church Donates $2,500 To Police For Bulletproof Vests
Donation was presented to officials this week.
The Wyckoff Police Department received a $2,500 donation this week to purchase bulletproof vests and safety equipment.
The money was donated by Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church and Chapter 453 of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association, an international Greek American advocacy organization, at the Oct. 20 council meeting.
“Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church and Chapter 453 of American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association are recognized and thanked for their generous donations and commitment to the community of Wyckoff,” Wyckoff officials said in a statement.
