Wyckoff Committee Increases Larkin House Use Fees
It will now cost groups $75 a day to use the historic house.

WYCKOFF, NJ – It will now cost more to use the Larkin House.
The Township Committee approved an ordinance Tuesday that increases the daily usage fee from $25 to $75 per event, per day.
The Wyckoff Senior Citizens’ Club, Community Emergency Response Team, and any other township organization the governing body determines “at its discretion” may use the house for free.

The Larkin House was donated to the township in 1999. It has several meeting rooms and the Senior Citizens’ Club meets there regularly.
In addition to the house, the property has a meadow, gardens, a grape arbor, and a courtyard.
