Wyckoff To Honor Front-Line Workers With Saturday 'Clap Out'

Wyckoff Township sent a letter to residents asking them to join in a clap out to honor front-line workers this weekend.

WYCKOFF, NJ — Wyckoff Township will become the latest community around the country to honor local front-line workers with a clap out.

In a Thursday letter to residents, the township asked that the community step outside their front doors on Saturday nights at 7 p.m. to make some noise for the healthcare workers, mail carriers, first responders and other essential workers.

Clap outs have been used across the country to both honor front-line workers and celebrate those who have been hospitalized and recovered from coronavirus.
