Wyckoff Man Charged With Driving Under The Influence: Police
Richard J. Miano, 37, had an open container of alcohol in the vehicle he was driving, authorities said.
A Wyckoff man was charged with driving under the influence after police pulled him over on Route 208 Tuesday, police said.
Authorities said that Patrolman Kyle Ferreira pulled a vehicle over on Route 208 that he saw speed away from the Wyckoff and Franklin avenues intersection Tuesday shortly after 1 a.m.
Richard J. Miano, 37, of Wyckoff, was arrested following a breath test at police headquarters; he was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to keep right, speeding, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Miano was released to his mother and is scheduled to appear in municipal court July 15, police said.
