Wyckoff Pitcher Excelling at Monmouth
T.J. Hunt is competing well at the NCAA Division 1 level.
Wyckoff’s T.J. Hunt has been dominating opponents as part of Monmouth’s University pitching staff.
The former Ramapo High School All Star was named the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Pitcher of the Week on March 17 for leading Monmouth to their first win of the season, according to the Monmouth University Athletics website. He threw 6.2 scoreless innings to defeat Virginia Commonwealth University.
Hunt, now a senior, is continuing to have an impact as the season progresses, as he has now thrown two consecutive complete games, most recently shutting down Quinnipiac University on Saturday.
