BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — With Bergen County now under a winter storm watch (see the the updated prediction for Bergen County here), Wyckoff property owners should note that summonses were issued a week after the last big storm.
According to Wyckoff police, on Jan. 31, 13 Wyckoff property owners and tenants were issued summonses for neglecting to remove snow and ice from the sidewalks near their property.
The police cited Township Ordinance 165-1, "Removal of snow by owners or tenants of property; enforcement."
