Wyckoff Residents Shredded 6 Tons Of Paper Saturday
More than 260 residents dropped off 12,000 pounds of materials at the annual Shred Fest.

More than 260 Wyckoff residents had 12,000 pounds of paper shredded Saturday at the borough’s Shred Frest Saturday.
Residents dropped off their six tons confidential papers and watched them being shredded on a video monitor, officials said. The shredded paper will be recycled.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency states that 17 trees are saved for every ton of paper that is recycled, meaning Wyckoff residents kept 102 trees from being destroyed.
