• Sept 29, Noon to 2 pm: PRC to Hear From PNM Customers Over Estimated Readings and Delayed Bills at Alamogordo Town Hall (town.news) — Alamogordo residents facing high or delayed PNM electric bills can speak directly to state regulators at a Sept. 29 town hall at the Sgt. Willie Estrada Memorial Civic Center. The NM Public Regulation Commission will hear local experiences with estimated readings, explain complaint options, and outline what’s being done to fix meter-reading and billing problems that began here in July.
