Update: Boosters are now available for 12 and older as long as they received the second Pfizer or Moderna vaccine at least five months ago or the Johnson and Johnson vaccine at least two months ago. Booster shot clinics for students 12-15 will be held at the Berna Facio Professional Development Complex External link the week of Jan. 17.

- No appointments are needed at most school events.
- Appointments are required at Berna Facio events. Register with the Department of Health and make an appointment External link (choose your date, time, and location)
- Parents don't need to accompany students, but they do need to sign a waiver. Download the consent form.
- Bring your COVID-19 vaccination card (2nd shots and boosters)
- Vaccines, but not boosters, are available for children ages 5-11.
- New Mexicans who are 12 and older are eligible for the booster as long as they received the Johnson and Johnson vaccine at least two months ago or the second Pfizer or Moderna vaccine five months ago.

- All school workers in New Mexico must provide proof they are fully vaccinated, including a booster shot if eligible, or participate in weekly surveillance testing beginning Jan. 17.
