• 'Reckless' Truck Driver Charged in Deadly Crash Involving Bernalillo County Sheriff Sergeant (abqraw.com) — A truck driver has been charged in the February crash that killed a Bernalillo County sheriff’s sergeant on I-40 near the Carnuel exit, a stretch many locals use daily. Investigators say the semi hit the sergeant’s patrol vehicle at highway speed without braking, and prosecutors plan to bring the driver to court next month.
