• Allegations of discrimination against Native Americans in Gallup-McKinley County Schools (koat.com) — Gallup-McKinley County Schools are facing intensified federal scrutiny after the EEOC filed another court action to enforce a subpoena in its discrimination investigation involving Native American employees and job applicants. The district is resisting the probe, has filed its own federal lawsuit challenging the investigation, and says ongoing litigation limits what it can publicly discuss right now.
