📰 News we're reading
• Flood Watch 0928-092926 (grantcountybeat.com) — Residents of Truth or Consequences are under a flood watch from Monday afternoon through late Tuesday night as deep tropical moisture from Hurricane Polo brings widespread heavy rain and possible flash flooding. With already saturated soils, local creeks, low‑lying spots, and normally dry arroyos could rise quickly, so you're urged to monitor forecasts closely and be ready to move to higher ground if warnings are issued.
