Albany County Executive Daniel P. McCoy will make a major announcement tomorrow with Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone on a new shared services initiative that will help both counties reduce their respective carbon footprints and stem the effects of climate change.

The announcement will be Tuesday, October 5 at 12pm in the Cahill Room of the Albany County Office Building, 112 State Street, Albany, NY.
