City School District Of Albany: Boys' Soccer Wins Third Straight Division Title

Congratulations to coach Dave Weiss and the Albany High School boys’ soccer team for winning the Suburban Council Gray Division championship for the third season in a row!

The Falcons beat Ballston Spa 3-1 on Tuesday night to clinch the division title. Tuyshime Gefasha, Hassan Mohsini and Farrell Leon scored the goals, and Cesar Bermejo recorded two saves in the win.

The Falcons (7-5-2) finish the regular season at home Saturday against Suburban Blue Division opponent Colonie at 1 p.m. Sectionals begin next week.
