City School District Of Albany: New Transportation Director Begins

Durett Miles is the City School District of Albany’s new director of transportation. 

Miles began in that role Aug. 2, taking over following Inho Suh’s resignation in the spring. 

Miles comes to Albany with extensive transportation experience in the private sector, most recently as transportation manager for Power Pallet Inc. in Amsterdam. His previous experience included roles as a transportation manager and a logistics manager from 2015-19 for Cargill Inc. in Wichita, Kan.

A Schenectady native, Miles earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Le Moyne College.
