Albany man charged in stabbing that sent one to the hospital (cbs6albany.com) — Albany police arrested a 31-year-old city resident after a man was stabbed inside a Hawthorne Avenue home early Thursday, then treated by Albany Fire Department crews and taken to Albany Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect faces assault and weapon charges, was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court, and is being held at Albany County Jail.
