  • Early this morning I was walking through the shopping center on Carmens Rd in Massapequa and saw a young skinny Hispanic or African American man stopping at every garbage can in the shopping center and putting whatever he could find in bags drapped
    over his shoulder. I saw him licking his fingers after he searched one of the garbage cans..made me sad (Nextdoor Greybarn)
