The Economic Opportunity Council of Suffolk, Inc. and community partners will present the 2026 Community Health & Wellness Fair on Saturday, July 11, from 12 PM to 6 PM at Ace Community Center Park, located at 48 Cedar Rd. in Amityville.
The free event will bring together healthcare providers, community organizations, elected officials, local businesses, and service agencies for an afternoon focused on health, wellness, prevention, education, and access to resources.
Community members are invited to attend and take advantage of free testing and screenings, helpful health and wellness information, and connections to local programs and services. Free snacks and refreshments will also be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The fair is designed to make important resources more accessible to individuals and families while encouraging residents to take proactive steps to support their health and well-being. It will also provide an opportunity for community members to meet local organizations working throughout Suffolk County to improve health outcomes, strengthen families, and connect people with needed support.
Partners and supporters include Assemblyman Kwani B. O’Pharrow, Compare Foods, Fidelis Care, Gilead, Healthcare Education Project, KYC: Keep Your Change Academic Support Program, NYU Langone Health, Senator Monica R. Martinez, Somehow, Some Way, Stand Up To Poverty, Stony Brook University Hospital, Suffolk County Legislature, Suffolk County Police Department, Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office, The Witness Project, Town of Babylon, Trooper Foods, and ViiV Healthcare.
The Community Health & Wellness Fair is open to the public. Residents are encouraged to come out, bring family members, and take part in a day of community, connection, and wellness.
