Babylon Shelter To Walk Adoptable Dogs In Lindenhurst Parade
The Babylon Animal Shelter will be walking 3 adoptable dogs in the town's first-ever St. Patrick's Day parade.

BABYLON, NY — Three shelter dogs are hoping to catch some luck at the Lindenhurst St. Patrick's Day Parade.
The Babylon Animal Shelter will be walking three adoptable dogs in the town's first ever parade on Sunday, March 26.
Ace is a pit-bull terrier mix who arrived at the shelter on May 10, 2021. He is estimated to be about 3 years old.

Volunteers told Patch this "handsome" boy has a young and soft spirit soft. Ace is housebroken and a playful, fun and loving boy. He walks well on his leash and loves his treats; he will give the best “ paw “ for them.
Judge is a terrier mix who has been at the shelter since February 3, 2021. He is believed to be about 5 years old.

He is a sweet boy, volunteers said, who enjoys time spent with humans. Judge is incredibly playful "with the best smile in town", and would succeed best as the only dog in a home.
Lady is a 3-year-old terrier mix who arrived at the shelter on January 12, 2021.

According to volunteers, Lady is a super sweet and happy dog that enjoys people, running and playing. She is a smart dog, and knows many commands.
The Babylon Animal Shelter was also recently named "Best Animal Shelter on Long Island" for the second consecutive year, by Bethpage Federal Credit Union.
