
Join Vicki Luckman, a P.A.C.E. (people with arthritis can exercise) certified instructor for a class designed for people who have arthritis. Work to improve flexibility, coordination, balance and muscle strength.
Individuals should bring a light set of weights (1-3 lbs.), a ball the size of a small melon, a water bottle and towel. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.
