
An exercise program for people who have arthritis, to improve flexibility, coordination, balance, muscle strength and activities of daily living. Join Vicki Luckman, a P.A.C.E. (people with arthritis can exercise) certified instructor, who will take you through seated exercises using all your muscle groups. ROM (range of motion) exercises will be the key and there can be some standing work done using a chair as support.
Each participant should bring a light set of weights (1-3 lbs.), a ball the size of a small melon, a water bottle and face towel. Please wear comfortable cotton clothing and sneakers.
