
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise. It’s slow, graceful, gentle movements are believed to promote balance, health and longevity. This class, taught by certified Tai Chi instructor Diane Greenberg, will utilize the Tai Chi for Arthritis form as its basis, but the class is for all people. The class will also explore chi gong (energy cultivation exercises) and Taoist meditation.
Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers to the class.
