
Chef Richard will take you through the process of making fresh ravioli. First he will teach you how to make the fresh pasta dough, then how to roll it, fill it and cut the ravioli. Learn about different flavorful fillings to make on your own. All participants will create and take home a tray of fresh ravioli ready to be cooked and enjoyed!
